Sit on the green pistachio lounges while you plan a short walk to the Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Oval, SkyCity (casino), Adelaide Festival Centre, Adelaide Zoo, Adelaide Botanic Garden, South Australian Museum and the Art Gallery of South Australia.

Or jump on a bike or go for a stroll along the River Torrens just across the road.

Repeat renters in Adelaide

We stayed in Trudi’s rental 2 years ago and wanted to return to Adelaide as we loved the city, beaches and vineyards in the area. We returned to her lovely rental and she made us welcome with a lovely platter of goodies. Everything was perfect for our 2 week stay. Trudi is a wonderful host and responded quickly to our inquiries. Her rental is in a perfect location in the CBD. The temperatures were extreme (over 40 C) for a few days and the AC was wonderful and made our stay so comfortable. We would definitely return to Trudi’s rental if we return for another visit to Adelaide.

Enjoyed the easy central location. Access to restaurants and events in the CBD during the Tour Down Under was great with the close proximity of the tram service. The pool was great with early morning being the best time for lap swimming. Very pleasant apartment. Enjoyed our stay.

A Delightful Adelaide Stay

Oasis away from home

This is a perfect spot if you want to stay in the city's heart. The property is just a stone throw away from the convention centre, with easy access to the tram, train and Rundle Mall. There are a lot of eateries down the next road behind the property. The spa and the pool were very helpful in keeping the kids busy. The property was well maintained and equipped with everything you want. The host was super nice and very helpful. Highly recommended! No parking at the property, but there is paid parking available right next door.

We utilised the location across the road from a conference at the convention centre. Its location on North Terrace have easy access on the free trams to the few locations that weren't within walking distance. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and spacious with all amenities needed for an easy stay.

Perfect location for Adelaide Holiday

We chose the rental based on reviews and due to its location in the CBD. As it turned out, it was in an ideal location near the Rundle Mall, train station, tram and bus lines and across from the Convention Centre and Torrens River Walk. We arrived in Adelaide with the temperature of 39 C and were relieved that the air conditioning worked so well during the extreme heat. The apartment was immaculate, bedding and linens of good quality and the beds were very comfortable. We did not use the pool or gym but it was available if we wanted. Trudi met us for check-in and offered to take us to the beach but we ended up travelling around on our own with the great tram system. She also checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this rental to any future guests looking to stay in Adelaide.

Perfect for everything!

The apartment is everything Trudi says and more. Location is perfect, a quick walk to the mall, or public transport to get everywhere else. The kitchen was well kitted out with everything you’d need to cook up meals, and the coffee machine was a godsend! The whole place would be great for individuals or small group/family to stay and be self sufficient. Only observations I did make was the gym equipment was old and not great - wouldn’t want to try and do a serious workout but for a quick 20 minute circuit was ok. Other point was to take an eye mask if you’re in the master. The bedroom has blockout curtains (which work amazing!) but as the door to the bathroom is glass, and the bathroom has no blinds, light does come into the room. Not a huge issue, eye mask fixed it right up, just be prepared. Overall Trudi was the perfect host, greeting us on arrival and being available 24/7 (not that we needed it). Would definitely stay here again!
