Room very neglected, staff couldnt care. Advertised resturant and room service all closed down and not available. I left even thought the room was paid for. When advising reception that I was not happy, the girl did not care or ask what the problem was.

It should be customary for staff to notify guests when they enter a room without the guest there i have a medical condition and left the AC i paid for on, on purpose. Upon my return The AC was turned off and my body was not Happy

No power at the property on arrival until early hours the next morning. Woke up by the lights suddenly coming on at 2am. No breakfast and no one in reception. Found one lady that just told be that reception was closed. Would have expected better for the price they charged.
