We were just there for a bed to sleep in as we travelled from the country for medical appointments. Staff lovely and helpful, room basic but nice and clean. Did not like the bath in the shower, not safe....very slippery surface. Was a pretty noisy room but i am country and not used to city noise. I disagree with paying for water, it should be complimentary like tea and coffee. Plates and cutlery in the room would also have been useful, although the staff were more than happy to get us some when my husband asked. The resturaunt food was a but to fancy for our taste so we ubered dinner, therefore needing the plates and cutlery.
