Wasn’t a horrible hotel, needs updated badly, plus if your staying with 3 or 4 people in a room really hard to get ready or do anything in the room. Bathroom is really small and couldn’t change bc there is zero room. Balcony looking the ocean was great. The beds were definitely not comfortable they replaced badly. Really hard to get an elevator due to one being broken took forever to go up or down. Took stairs 90% of the stay because of that. Neighbor were pot heads, don’t get me wrong I’m in favor of it being legal but when you have kids and they smell it, I don’t think that right. Do it privately in the parking garage or somewhere else not hotel room or hallways.staff was extremely friendly. Rating it overall 3.5/10

We have stayed at this hotel each time we visit VA beach and it never disappoints. Veey clean rooms, very convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Great service and always a great experience.

One of two elevators was broken. The vending machine was out of order. The halls were smelly and musty. Treadmill was broken. Staff were helpful. Nice on the beach.

The place was nice and the front desk girls were nice and helpful. We took the stairs everyday because the elevator was very slow or broke. No big deal. 7 floors was good exercise if you are eating and drinking more than usual LOL Also our refrigerator had no temperature control, so everything froze. We told 2 different people but no fix. Location was excellent. Beach is so beautiful. Would I stay again? Possibly, but so many others to choose from for what we paid.

Arriving at this hotel we were prepared that the hotel was older, however the smell of drugs in the elevators and floors were beyond unacceptable to experience. If the hotel says you can’t smoke cigarettes, than there should be a zero tolerance policy towards marijuana as well. The breakfast was a horrible atmosphere with old dirty looking folding and banquet tables and the food offered was extremely minimal and powdered creamer was completely unacceptable. The hallways were something out of a horror movie. The rooms are clean but old looking and not sure how this hotel is a 3 star but I guess the view is the only selling point of this hotel. Staff were friendly.
