Overall it was a nice stay. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. Who ever was the bartender on Saturday, December 13, 2025 in hotel restaurant, around 12:30 pm wasn't friendly and not very helpful. He ruined my mood for a while, but I eventually bounced back. When people are spending their hard earned money, it would be nice to be treated with dignity and respect.

We just had a lovely time staying at the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort, and we highly recommend it at this time of the year! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and great service. The views from the restaurant and our room were absolutely stunning! Our room was clean, everything worked well, and there was plenty of storage space. During our Thanksgiving stay, the hotel was all decked out with pretty Christmas lights and decorations, which added a fun, festive vibe. Overall, this resort is such a nice but cozy place to unwind and enjoy the beach. If you're looking for winter beach spot to make holiday memories, definitely check it out!

Dear Marriott Leadership, I want to let you know about your professional and courteous Guest Services Representatives at your Marriott Beach Oceanfront Resort. I handled the travel accommodations for my sister’s reservation for 11/9-11/13. She had another wonderful birthday vacation at your resort! She was a late check-in after a 3.5- hour drive. She said Anthony Bickell checked her in with a cheerful disposition and professionalism. I really apprciate Anthony for his kindness to my sister! She also mentioned he was also a huge fan of Frank Sinatra! We Luv Frank! She was thrilled with your entire staff!! Her 4- day stay was enjoyable because of her lovely room, the amenities and the attentive professional staff!!
