The staff was great and requests were handled pomptly. However, the sofa bed mattress was horrible. Coffeemaker didn't work. Had to use a plunger for the toilet every day.

This hotel was dirty. The carpets needed to be cleaned and were old. The property looked run down and old as well. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I will not stay here again.

We loved the room. The bed wasn't the most comfortable overall great stay. The room was a 9 out of 10 for cleanliness. Tv didn’t let us hook up the Netflix. In this day in age thats a must have.

Property is looking dated. In need of an update. Furniture is tired, plumbing leaked, carpet in hallways is atrocious. Seems like they are awaiting a buyout.

The staff was over the top friendly everybody that worked for the place. However, the TV reception was just awful very grainy. The maintenance guy even replaced the TV, but it didn’t help the toilet in our room was about a foot maybe 18 inches high made for little children. It was in a room smaller than a closet, and you could hardly shut the door to that little toilet room unless you stood up against the wall behind the toilet and then shut the door. On the other hand, the bathtub was huge and could easily fit two people. The facility was very clean throughout and the staff was so nice. The only thing wrong was the very small toilet and toilet room and the TV reception was awful. The rest of the facility and room was great.

I did enjoy the staff they were friendly and helpful. Room was functional and we had space although the pictures that were taken made the room seem bigger than what it was, but still ended up being perfect for my family. Location of hotel was located conveniently near food and shopping as well as beach access. Parking deck was small and sometimes difficult to maneuver through if you had a larger vehicle. All in all a good experience would definitely stay hear again. I wasn’t reimbursed my deposit fee money and I don’t know why.

The room we were in was clean and recently painted, the ocean view was great, and hotel location was right on the boardwalk. Bathroom layout was terrible - bathtub right behind the entry door with no privacy. Tiny toilet closet on the other side of the entry door. We had to straddle the toilet to close the door for the toilet closet because the door swung inward, and barely cleared the front of the toilet. How is this design even legal? Didn't really use the kitchenette. We didn't use either pool but they were both open and looked clean when we checked them out. Three elevators with easy access to the parking garage was convenient. My car door was dented in the parking garage. Mixed feelings about this experience.
