The hotel staff was very friendly and always available very clean loved having the kitchenette the pool was nice my daughter and I enjoyed it both nights. Conveniently located within walking distance to shops food and beach. It is located in a buisy part so outside noise is a little much on weekends but other than that it was amazing.

The property was nice and friendly. The weekend we came there was a festival that I would not have chosen to be around so the area was not safe but the hotel was fine. Will come back in the off season.

We had a great stay overall. The property is well-maintained while being a bit outdated. However, the studios are very spacious with a full kitchen, a closed bedroom and a full dining and living room area, all of which are ideal for family vacation. It’s within walkable distance to the beach and boardwalk. Bonus: free destination EV chargers!

The property needs improvement and remodeling. 24 hour lights from the corridor making sleeping in living area impossible. Noisy. Very Noisy. Guests were fighting in the next room. Bleach smells from the pool is everywhere, making you nauseous and gives you headaches every morning.

The facility and staff were good. It was just too noisy. We came to VB for an event and got in late around 8 on Fri evening and the kids in the next room were just quieting down. We had already been up for about 15 hours and were exhausted. With the noise from outside, we couldn't sleep. We figured we'd take a nap before the banquet. With kids screaming in the hall and in their room that didn't happen either. Suggestion: Put families all on one floor so that everyone else can sleep and enjoy some time in VB.

THE PICTURES ARE DECEIVING. IT'S NOT ON THE BEACH NOR DOES IT HAVE A GAME ROOM. THE FRONT DESK ATTENDANT RUSHES YOU OUT BEFORE CHECKOUT TIME. SENT MAINTENANCE & HOUSEKEEPING TO MY ADJOINED ROOMS BEFORE I EVEN CHECKED OUT. MY COUSIN WAS IN SHOWER AND HERE THEY GO WALKING AROUND OUR ROOMS. BEFORE CHECKOUT TIME, BEFORE I RETURNED KEYS. HER EXCUSE WAS "OH I SAW YOU CARRYING BAGS TO YOUR CAR SO I THOUGHT YOU WERE CHECKING OUT" EITHER WAY CHECKING OUT & CHECKED OUT IS 2 DIFFERENT THINGS. CARPET IS DIRTY, UTENSILS RUSTED. JUST NEVER AGAIN !!!!

The room was very clean. The bathroom was a great size and very clean. We had a problem with the bath not changing to a shower and called downstairs and maintenance was up to our room less than 2 minutes later and fixed it. The front desk employees were very nice and so were the maintenance employees. The indoor pool was well maintained and great for my kids. It went up to 4ft deep so it wasn’t too deep for my 10 & 12 year old. We will definitely be back!
