From the moment I pulled up to the moment, I checked out everyone at this resort was wonderful. The resort was quite clean, and the staff, especially the valet were amazing.

Beautiful View…But Give Us More

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. However, they never came to clean it. We had to keep asking for towels and the body wash ran out. Thankfully we had our own toiletries. The ice machine was also running low. But I feel they could have checked on us more. Oh, they didn’t offer breakfast and were trying to strong arm me into going to a 90 minute seminar to be sold a timeshare in return I’d get a 7 day vacation. That’s not what I came for.

It is overall very good as expected for the big name hotel like Hilton. The property is a bit old but well maintained. Room and bed relaxed is acceptably good. AC/heating unit is too loud and disturbing.

I loved everything about it the suite we had was beautiful and I loved the Jacuzzi in the bedroom only thing I didn't like was they didn't have bigger enough pans to cook with needs to update kitchen pots and pans. I love it and will be going back again real soon

Great location and value. Getting a little dated and worn but still serviceable. Rooms are a little tight but offers a more features than a typical hotel room.

Only thing we would change is Tortuga’s being open/some other alternative on property other than Lagerheads across the way! It was wonderful all the way around!

The room was clean, but there were several lights that were burnt out. The channel directory for the tv did not work and you weren’t able to determine what show you were watching
