The property needs an update, tattered carpet, doors hard to open, old caulk etc. The most inconvenient was the elevator for garage being out all week. I never saw anyone attempting to repair, and based on tone from locals, thats the norm. Also, 1 counter person only was inconvenient. Poor person always had a line but not fun for the guest to wait so long. Corporate Hilton could do so much better. The staff were nice, helpful and pleasant considering the corporate constraints. So don't blame them!

Nice location. Does not provide breakfast, we didn’t have anyone coming to clean the room or replacing the towels. We asked for a pack and play, and it was never delivered. The check in time is 4pm but our room was only ready by 4:40pm. We called from the room to remind them of the pack and play but they never answered the phone. They don’t have their own parking, they use a parking lot across the street and the front of the hotel gets packed with a lot of cars waiting to be parked. I honestly only liked the location.

Clean room. Beach view. Shops nearby. Food nearby. Parking garage was dedicated to hotel guests but very full. Elevator in parking garage broken. If you cannot walk or climb steps not a place for you.

Everything was perfect! We were missing hand soap, and requested more towels and coffee. Still had trouble getting them but the hotel overall was gorgeous!

Does not look how it is advertised . Immediately had a roach on my wall ,canceled the stay immediately after getting into the room. Also did not appreciate the suite style rooms.

Upon arriving into our room you could smell the room from the hallway my wife immediately commented that their was a leak or plumbing problem I went downstairs and informed the manager we needed a different room that my wife has a respiratory condition and is on oxygen and cannot stay in this room the manager said they were sold out and couldn’t get us a different room that she would send the maintenance man up with a air purifier so we waited for him he informed us they had severe rains and several units were water damaged and this was one of the rooms I told him we can’t stay in this room he said he would also tell the manager so we packed our stuff up and went back to the manager who now somehow found another room after 3 hours of arguing our case we got our new room the maintenance man came and told us he was cleaning our wet carpet in the other room and the manager would have us go back there the next day I informed him that we would not be going back to the old room after that conversation there was no follow up from anyone at Hilton or management I’m very upset with the way this was handled they knew they had a flooded room yet still were putting guest in there this is not what I’m used to for a Hilton hotel we always choose Hilton but not again after this experience
