You'll easily separate the kids from the adults and the partiers or grandparents with layout. the 888 sq ft pool house has 2 bedrooms, steam shower and an outdoor kitchen with a natural gas grill. All overlooking the pool with plenty of seating outdoors. You'll also find a few slot machines and poker machines built into the bar counter top.

The home is in a very nice, upscale neighborhood on a quiet cul de sac. You'll be at ease taking a late night stroll or bike ride. inside the home, you'll find 6 bedrooms. One bedroom downstairs with a queen sized bed. The rest of the main house bedrooms are upstairs beginning with the master with a large whirlpool tub and a king size bed. Across the hall are 2 Jack and Jill bedrooms, sharing a bathroom. Each has 2 beds in them. At the end of the hall, you can close the hall off to seperate this wing with the other 2 bedrooms if things are getting noisy. You'll find a private room with a queen bed and full bathroom shared by another room with 4 queen beds.

Downstairs, you'll have a spacious kitchen with a gas stove top, electric oven, microwave and coffee pot. There's an eat in kitchen that seats 8. The back porch also has a bar top table for 2 to enjoy breakfast while over looking the pool. The living room has a sectional leather sofa by natuzi and a gas fireplace. In the front of the house, you'll find a quiet library with books and board games. The foyer welcomes you into the home with hardwood floors and a spiral staircase. Next to that is the dining room that seats 10.
Outside, you'll have plenty of yard space, a 50' salt water pool with a diving board in the 8' deep end. Attached is a round, in ground, hot tub that will heat quickly when you are ready for it. 6 lounge chairs, seating for 8 at the round tables and more. The outdoor kitchen has a sink, refrigerator, buffet warmer, 2 side burners and a 36" cook top.

You'll have ample parking in the driveway, holds about 7 cars, and street parking is no problem either.

NO COOKING in the pool house. There is an outdoor kitchen that you need to use for ALL cooking, including crock pots, hot plates, etc. The pool house is 888 square feet and it is against city code for anything other then a microwave to be used for food. I also don't want to have food odors from around the world taking over the feel of the pool house.
Security camera on premises. Parties will not be tolerated or permitted. No additional guests beyond what you reserved for. We have no trespassing signs and this is private property.

No Pets, No Smoking, including E cigarettes/Vape inside the house or pool house. Smoking is $500 to have a company come out and rid the place of the odors and nicotine.
