Beautiful property

Beautiful property, excellent staff and food options. Wish we had been able to stay longer to be able to take advantage of more of the amenities. Loved being able to watch the seals from our balcony and get up close to watch from the dock in front of the hotel too.

It’s a peaceful, scenic spot and feels thoughtfully designed. The only downside was the service. While not unfriendly, it lacked warmth. The front desk wasn’t particularly accommodating when we asked to change rooms, and the restaurant staff didn’t feel especially welcoming. You get the sense it’s “just a job” for the team, in contrast to a nearby upscale hotel where the service feels genuinely guest-focused. Still, a great stay overall — and with a little more emphasis on hospitality, this place could be truly outstanding.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and spacious. Guest laundry was appreciated by our family.

Its a nice property - and got patio room which was great (other than hot/no shade during super sunny day). Major complaint would be not at all sound proof and room very bright in morning. Was woken 2 days in a row to people going out for fishing charters at 6am - could hear every word and step which was a bunmer. Then because patio door didnt keep sun out, room super bright so couldnt get back to sleep. Dont think they can do much re lack of sound proofing between rooms/floors, but hopefully theyll invest in curtain on doors to keep out bright sun directly on room. Would be amazing to have umbrella on personal patios too but might be tough given how windy it can get. Overall not bad hotel/experinence.

Beautiful resort, and the restaurants food was excellent. Our only complaint would be that there were no bathrobes in the room; we spoke with a gentleman in the hot tub later on that told us we had to ask for them.
