I found hair inside the bathtub before I took a shower. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty that I couldn’t pump anything out. Tissue box was left with only a few tissues that I had to go down to the reception to ask for a new box since I checked in after midnight. Also, one of the bathroom light bulbs was out.

The property is in a quiet area with a fantastic frontage. Service was generally good. My room was large, clean, and well resourced. However, I did not expect to see peeling wallpaper in the corridors. While the quality of the room was good, the poor condition of the area outside the room really chilled the experience.

This is actually a nice facity and the rooms are fine. The problem is exaggerated/misleading presentation of the property on the website. The "ocean" in front of the hotel is the most a mid-size lake. There is NOTING in walking distance from hotel - the marina on the side is private, there is no access. What most bothering, the rooms are shown with green trees in the windows - the room I got (all rooms on entry side to the hotel) are facing a major ROAD, with cars passing all the time ..... You do NOT book "Oceanfront" "resort", to look at car traffic and hear a constant car noise, don't you?

The staff are great! The rooms are being updated. My room was a little noisy being over the parking lot but still a great experience over all. Love the restaurant, the lounge and the coffee shop - very good matcha latte. I will return.
