First I want to thank the staff for the amazing service and for going beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. My family and I had a blast at the resort, It exceeded my expectations. We felt very welcoming by the entire staff, from the front desk to the pool bar. We loved everything the resort offered. The view from our room was breathtaking! Our stay was unforgettable. Set on a stunning beach, the location was pure paradise. The room was spacious with breathtaking ocean views, and every detail was thoughtfully curated. I stayed here for 6 nights and only received one day of house keeping services. When I mentioned to the front desk I was told management would reach out to me, although nobody reached out. And also on top of that, the stuff that wore the red shirts, had really bad attitudes. I was really unpleased with the cleanliness of my room not being serviced.
