Room was not made properly, it was missing towels and sheets to the beds. Entrance was in an unsupervised alley, and checkin was done in a hideaway desk area. Area outside of the hotel was well kept and great views within walking distance.

It’s conveniently located, and the surroundings are great. The staff were friendly. The cleaning of the rooms does need some more effort, the floors were dirty, and slippery with shoes. The safe in my room was not working, staff was notified but no replacement safe was provided. We had only 1 thin blanket left in the room, we had to ask for another blanket, which the staff did provide. Additionally we had paid for a King bed room, and the bed was definitely a queen bed size.
