Great value!
This was a clean and affordable place to stay, and obviously popular with the cruise crowd. The staff was really nice, in particular Carlos who allowed us to stash out luggage for a while after we checked out. It was not luxurious and some of the furniture and fittings were worn, but the mattress, pillows and bedding were all new and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. As well, we had a spectacular view from our balcony. Breakfast was complimentary, mostly typical hotel fare if packaged muffins and bread, but the coffee was good and the fresh fruit was delicious. Melon that was perfect and pineapple so sweet and fresh, yum!

Parking garage was not convenient at all. Neither were the instructions of getting back to hotel from garage. Room smelled musty like a towel that was left in the washing machine for a week. Continental breakfast was the worst I've ever seen. Frozen muffins and bread. Took a muffin to go and it stayed just as hard after it thawed. For the price I will never stay there again. Worst hotel I've stayed at.

The hotel was in a great location, and the view of the bay and part ocean was fantastic. That's where it ends. The hotel had no welcoming lobby, very dismal. The rooms were huge, but we got no maid service for the 6 days that we were there, and had to call several times each day to get clean towels! All of our dirty towels piled up on the floor near the door, and we finally asked them to get them on the last night. We had to ask for toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. Because of the size of the rooms (we had 4 adult ladies), and the location, we would stay here again, we just wouldn't expect any service. Every time we called, they apologized and said they were short staffed.
