While the staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and attentive, the property itself could use a significant update. The rooms are a bit dated, and you can tell the furniture and decor have seen better days. That said, the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking and made up for some of the other shortcomings. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option with great service and an amazing view, this is a decent choice. However, if modern amenities and a luxurious feel are what you're after, you might want to look elsewhere.

Good afternoon! The property excelled with quick check-in services, but the constant sewage expulsion in front of the main entry and presence of mold proved to be a constant problem. Also, the parking offer on Expedia did not exist in the same capacity at the actual hotel.

Sadly from the moment we checked in until we checked out there was a leak of toilet water that would empty into the bay. To go to the parking you needed to walk in toilet waters. It is a shame that this happens and it should’ve been corrected immediately. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The hotel room floors were surety and sticky. No one came to service the room for the 4 days we were there.

El hotel en sí es cómodo y tranquilo pero sinceramente el servicio al cliente pésimo cuando llegamos el check in era a las 4:00pm y nos dieron el cuarto a las 6:00pm no nos dieron alguna compensación por eso no si quiera disculpas. En fin el cuarto que nos dieron estaba bien pero tenía demasiado olor a humedad.
