Nice place to stay room was clean and so was the bathroom. Kudos to front desk They were really friendly and helpful. Several restaurants in the area. Not far from the ship terminal. You also get a light breakfast. I would stay there again

The hotel is in a nice area, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the customer service was excellent, only a few small things in the room need an upgrade. Outside of that, we had a very nice stay !

Room was spacious and clean. The view was nice. However, the checkin was messy. When you enter there is a counter that appears to be where you check-in but it was empty and employees showed up 20 minutes later to tell me that I had to go to the second floor. When I checked-in, I paid for the overnight parking, however, the employee did not explain that the parking garage next to the hotel was NOT the parking I paid for. She just let me pay and assumed that I would know that the parking is a couple of blocks away. When it was time to check out, I found out that where I parked actually belonged to the Hilton. At check out I was told that the hotel manager (Rafael) was would refund the parking paid to Hotel Caribe as the service was not used. However, 3 weeks later and this was not solved. At check out, I was also showed a QR code that explains where guests are supposed to park which was never showed to me at check-in. My advice for anyone wanting to stay here is to call and verify where the actual parking is if having a parking option is the main reason you want to stay here.
