I decided to book this hotel because of the ocean view and affordability. However, while the ocean view was beautiful, the condition of the room was mediocre. The bathroom had a tub and a shower. The tub was leaking and the shower had mold, and did not offer hot water. The room was humid because the thermostat did not allow the temperature to go any lower than 72 degrees. The bed only had two pillows and a throw blanket, with no comforter or additional blanket. There was no room service during my 3-night stay. The parking situation was chaotic. The parking garage was about 1.5 miles away, making it inconvenient if you forgot anything in the car. The front desk provided a key card to access the parking garage, but it was unclear if the key card was activated. I got stuck in the exit lane trying to leave because the key card they provided me was inactive. There was no parking attendant, so I called the front desk for help. They said someone was coming, but after waiting for an hour, no one arrived. I eventually left my car and went back to the hotel, where the front desk claimed they couldn't leave and had lied about sending someone to help. After almost two hours and three different key cards, I was finally able to leave the parking lot. There was very limited staff and no one seemed to know much. You get what you pay for. You will need to Uber everywhere except for the beach, which is a 3-minute walk away.

It was a great place to stay the staff was friendly and they had security at main door I loved that it created a since of safety I would definitely stay there again the only thing I didn’t like is that I had a rental car and to park at the hotel I had to keep paying every time I left but other than that I would definitely recommend my friends and family

Great price, decent location, but so disappointed in the condition of this hotel. And the service. It was very moldy, rusted, and just kind of gross feeling. Our bedding consisted of just a bottom sheet and a top. No wash cloths. And room service did not come back the following days. I wouldn’t even put water in our fridge it was that gross. Staff was also very rude and unhelpful. They were also never at the desk.

I loved the ocean and city views. When I asked for a room refresh, they came right over. However, they did not come when I asked for towels. There was a dead waterbug in my first room and they tried to get me to stay in a room with a defective smoke detector. They did move me when I pressed and they were informative. Parking was a challenge and a waffle iron or a little bit of hot breakfast would've really elevated the experience.

We booked 3 nights at this hotel, excited for our first trip to Puerto Rico. The woman on staff was very unpleasant, I asked her multiple times on multiple days for towels and she never brought them. I asked for blankets and she said she will try to find some. I called the front desk multiple times on multiple days to clean our room, I even walked down to the front desk to ask for our room to be cleaned and for 3 nights we didn’t have it cleaned once, ever. The only staff that were friendly and helpful was the security staff. I will never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anybody. Terrible service and rude staff, especially the woman at the front desk.

The room was dirty. They didn't clean the room, change towels, or clean the room. The air conditioning wasn't cool. There's no parking; you have to park at another hotel. The parking card they give you didn't work. We had to pay at the other hotel's rate. They didn't pick up the trash. In short, I don't think the price/quality ratio is good.

This place is very old and rusty. The couches were falling apart. The bedsheets had food stains, we stayed in a presidential suite and the trash wasn’t even taken out. We tried calling front desk and no answer. Very unwelcoming establishment. Would not be going back. They don’t even welcome you with water bottles in your room, you have to buy of vending machines. The hotel itself is very old. The breakfast was literally muffins and bagels, no protein. If you’re spending almost $300 a night for a room just stay at the Hilton. This was not worth it at alll!!!
