I loved my room. It was very spacious and had everything I needed space wise. AC was nice and cold/adjustable. Bathroom was well stocked with towels. Floors were a bit on the dirty side int room but I just wore slides in the room to counter. I wipe down my rooms with disinfectant wipes when I arrive and I have to say nothing really picked up on the wipes, even the bathroom floor! I wish more free amenities were included such as breakfast but the beach and small pool area were cool. The gym was small but empty most of the time. The pool is also very small but I spent more time outside rather than in the hotel area. The coffee shop inside the hotel was delicious but the food wasn't great. The restaurant in the hotel is delicious. Overall I really liked this hotel. The staff was very nice and flexible. I had an issue with a noisy neighbor at 1-2am and they took care of it within 10 minutes for me.

This is not beachfront property; the beach club is quite far away need to walk around 10-15 minutes. The cleaning staff replaced the towels unnecessarily even though we had them hung up (so much waste!) but never bothered to make the beds in the 3 nights there. Staff was friendly and professional. Cost does not match quality and resort fee is not worth it at all.

Just “okay”

I can’t say it was anything more than “okay”. My family and I stayed here for 5 nights. Being a Hilton property I guess I expected more. The lobby and staff was fine. The room and the hallway yo the room however felt like it needed work. The walls were wormed out and badly painted. In the room, I noticed the sheets were stained, one of our towels was torn. You have to make sure you ask for your room to be cleaned, otherwise it won’t happen. The first day, our room was cleaned but beds were not made because we had left something on them apparently. I don’t think I would stay here again unfortunately

My family has stayed here multiple times. Location is convenient, near beach, chairs and umbrella provided. A few areas of concern this trip: room was not cleaned every day nor bathroom necessities replenished without asking. Breakfast was changed from hotel lobby to restaurant and the buffet did not change at all. The selection was poor and they dont even allow a coffee refill.

Walgreens is right across the the street as well as a another store. Many shops and restaurants. The beach is only a block away which is wonderful. There was a lot of activities to do around the area and staff at the hotel were very hard workers and very accomadating. Everyone was kind but it was a little noisy with construction and the crowd walking the streets at night which was to be expected but nothing too crazy. It did not bother me at all and I very much enjoyed my stay! Would highly recommend!!

The balcony is very tiny you have to squeeze between sliding door & balcony. The room view pictured on the site looks nothing like it did in person. No water views only thing you can see was Walgreens. Loud noise from outside all night as well. We had a leak in the bathroom coming from the ceiling cause some pipe had busted they offered us a new room but we were checking out in a couple of hours so it didn’t even matter at that point.
