I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was lovely, and I particularly enjoyed the amenities like the pool. Since it was my first time visiting the area, I appreciated the helpful staff, who provided me with a list of local restaurants and things to do. The hotel felt safe, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, a great experience!

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. The room is always clean and the employees are extremely nice. Everything you need is right outside, Everything is walking distance, restaurants and the beach ⛱️. Worth every penny when we go.

The view is nice, but I was expecting more of a beach experience and sounds of waves given the photographs when I booked. There was a lot of traffic noise and people at all times of night. There are many places one can walk to, which is convenient. Uber was very accessible also. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful.

The ocean view was good. The hotel is substandard, especially for the price point. It has Hilton attached to its name so I expected more. The hotel is outdated and it was not the cleanest. There was mold in the shower and hallway ceilings. It gave more of a motel vibe. Genesis, the service manager was GREAT! She tried to accommodate us to the best of her ability, but there wasn't much she could do. We didn't receive our reward points that were promised as of yet-it's supposed to have taken 72 hours and that time has passed.

I loved staying here. While there were small things you were there that I really think could’ve taken the experience in the next level, the overall experience was excellent. If I went back to PR soon, I would consider staying here again. You have the ability to get an assigned chair at the beach within walking distance for free. They have bike rentals many things are walkable around the property. I never waited more than five minutes for an Uber. Even at night, the area felt safe. There are two Walgreens type stores right nearby for anything you need. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub was so hot! There was no hand soap in the room. I don’t know if they don’t offer it or our room just got shorted, but I found that odd. The sliding door to get on the balcony needed some repairs it seemed, but that didn’t impact our stay The front desk staff could not have been more excellent! They added to my positive experience
