It was good, however the price for the "resort fee" is too high vs. the value offer for that, they don't have a beach jus the transportation service which was great. Also, there was no extractor in the bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton! The casino was nice, I did win some money and the drinks were pretty good. There was a live band that made the stay even better.

Loved that everything was nearby and it was super close to the airport. My friends and I enjoyed the casino there as well. The property, food and staff are all great!

My stay at the Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & Casino was nothing less than fantastic. The spacious hotel room with an excellent view, in addition to the surrounding areas were beyond my expectations. The staff was welcoming and helpful to my every need. When the snack shop staff found out about me getting lost and missing my dinner reservations, they made a special dinner for me. Excellent customer service!

I went a solo traveler and felt safe at all times. As a woman, it is important to feel safe coming to yoir room at all time. Room was clean and staff was very attentive and helpful.
