This hotel was beautiful. All the staff were amazing. The facilities were well maintained and I felt safe with all of the entrances being gated and locked. The view from the infinity pool was breathtaking. I would definitely make this my go to hotel for every visit to PR.

While this hotel is very pretty, the rooms lack size. Theyre pretty small. If you’re looking for a modern vibe with a lively vibe this isn’t the place. The cost for this hotel does not match what you get.

Our check-in was smooth, front desk staff were friendly, and we were given a glass of champagne and bottled water upon arrival. We had a beautiful ocean view from our balcony, and the room felt spacious enough. There were small things that could be improved in the future to make the experience 5-star worthy. We didn't have any hand soap or extra toilet paper upon arrival (we had to request it), the TV displayed a different person's name during our stay, and the balcony door didn't lock properly without my partner's force. The hotel doesn't have direct beach access for swimming, or if it did, it wasn't very clear; the sandy area was rocky and not for swimming—we saw some cute crabs, though! On the plus side, the seating for the pools was abundant across the property with spectacular views. The sunset view was gorgeous. And we ate excellent food at both Ola and Tacos & Tequila.

Dessert at Ola. Guava cheesecake. So good!

We booked this hotel threw expedia as a bundle. On Expedia it shows payment of additional resort fees, which we were fine with. We got to the hotel and the deposit charge was $1,000. When we checked out we were charged an additional $400 for "fees and tarrifs"! Even though we already had paid the additional hotel fees. The $400 additional taxes at the hotel was never told to us. We were never informed and at check out we got the bill. When asked what the taxes were and why, the front staff simply waved us off and said it was additional tarrifs that needed to be paid. Cant even park your own car if you wanted, you MUST use valet and its $30 a night. The rooms were clean, although super humid inside and not cold. The view was nice and so were the amenities. The hotel is super pricey for what you get.
