The resort was beautiful, and even at full capacity, it never felt crowded or overwhelming. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the layout made it easy to enjoy the amenities without feeling rushed. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Room was large, quiet and comfortable, the hotel is beautiful and restored to a very modern level, every staff member was so nice, attentive and made our stay perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a perfect Puerto Rican vacation

This hotel was great overall! The staff is so friendly and have great hospitality. We got a room upgrade upon arrival which was nice. There’s multiple restaurants in the hotel, we tried a few and they were great. The spa is also amazing. Lots of places to explore around the area. There’s a liquor store across the street and a Walgreens walking distance.

We loved our stay at the Condado Vanderbilt. The staff were amazing especially Diego and Kevin at the beach/pool area. The accommodations were great, pristine. Everyone went above and beyond. It was our second time staying here and it will definitely be a yearly visit.

It is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The location is perfect, the facility is well kept, and the staff are excellent. We enjoyed the food too, which was delicious and reasonable priced. Beach access is convenient. Highly recommended.
