I had an amazing stay from start to finish. The Jr. Suite was a standout — spacious, beautifully designed, and featuring a gorgeous ocean view that made every morning feel like a postcard moment. I booked through Expedia. I was given a room next to a VERY noise ice machine, it was impossible to sleep with the noise. I requested a room change, they gave me a room on top of a VERY noise pool or AC machine below, again, impossible to get any rest. When I requested a QUIET room I was told they do not have any available unless I agree to update. The update they had was $100 extra per night. I think this is a way to make more $$ and force guests who book via Expedia to pay more for a decent room. The room also smelled like mold and the bathroom drainage was improperly placed; the water was not completely draining in the drainage but was seeping under the sink in the bathroom. We used several towels daily after showering to absorb the water and placed the towels next to drainage.
