Valet staff when we arrived at the property was terrible. Extremely rude. Asked to have our car parked, we were told to move our car out of the valet area, that we were in valet only parking. Told them again we were there to get valet, and asked where to park. Told me they didnāt care but I was blocking the valet lane and needed to move now. Told them a 3rd time that I was there to get my car parked via valet, they finally took the keys to park it. Different staff when we checked out, they were nice.
Employees in the store/bistro very rude. Didnāt hear one of the items we ordered. Brought food to counter, told them an item was missing. Started slamming items around behind the counter. Made my sandwich, slammed it down on the counter, slammed receipt down. I donāt tip for this type of service, employee picked up the receipt, looked to see how much I tipped and laughed at me and walked away.
3rd instance was with indoor bar tender at happy hour. We donāt drink a lot, asked for a drink menu and we were shown the alcohol bottles in a very theatrical way. Bartender told her this is the alcohol I have, pick something. She tried to order a couple drinks she knew. Bartender said he couldnāt make them. Finally found one by chance. I asked for a piƱa colada, was told he couldnāt make it. I asked for a drink menu and told him I wasnāt going to continue to ask for drinks like my wife did, then he decided to make a pina coladaā¦ Hilton in San Juan MUCH BETTER!! Rest of staff was nice
