Overall it was great! Staff was friendly, pool area was great. The rooms and hallways were dated and could use some updating. The lobby was pretty. Different food options would have been better, like convenient food other than the pool bar, which was very good. We had one day with some kind of teens field trip that was a little annoying but we just stayed on the beach for the day until they left and then went back to the pool. Parking was a little inconvenient, a little walking distance and our key never seemed to work to get out, we ended up having to pay on the last day so we could get to the airport as there was no staff on duty. Overall, I would recommend the hotel. The breakfast was good and the evening reception was an added bonus.

Ok there is a level of this you take with a grain of salt. First in its hayday I'm sure this was a 5 star resort. Its dated from crack flooring and chip paint interiorly and exteriorly. Not to mention our room infested with sugar ants (I had room service and mgt up to the room twice. Outside of that the breakest was the same but good every morning. The staff over all was very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay. I would just temper your expectations when booking.

We had a mediocre experience at this establishment, which is inaccurately marketed as a resort. The property was overrun with local families and their noisy children, creating a chaotic atmosphere. Upon arriving at 8 p.m., we faced an hour-long wait for food at the only operational restaurant, as no other dining options or bars were open on the premises. This hardly qualifies as resort-level service. We stayed for four nights and five days, during which our room was cleaned only once, and fresh towels were provided just once. While the facilities were relatively clean, the property appeared worn and outdated. On the positive side, the happy hour was enjoyable, and the breakfast offerings were satisfactory. The grounds were overcrowded with children, making it impossible to relax in the hot tub. The beach, while decent, was rocky and far from the pristine white sand depicted in the website’s images. The location is a 38-minute drive from the airport, but due to heavy traffic, the journey took 93 minutes. Driving in Puerto Rico is an adventure in itself—imagine Boston’s aggressive traffic without stoplights. The so-called “resort” offered little in terms of activities, with only a billiards room and go-karting available. The casino was disappointing; we planned to play blackjack on Friday night, only to find it closed by 8 p.m. Unless your sole intention is to lounge by the pool or beach, I strongly recommend choosing a different destination. Will NOT be returning.

Property is fine if your ok just sitting by the pool. Beach area is limited but not too many waves good for kids. There really aren’t too many activities for kids, no water park near by or on the property. The hotel also didn’t have nightly activities. They offered each adult 2 free drinks a night, which was nice and some snacks popcorn/ chips & dip. Would be much better of they expanded or invested in a waterpark and more kid friendly activities. Mostly every hotel occupant had children.
