Apartamento espacioso ,limpio y muy cómodo. ,con todos lo que se necesita . Con una vista hermosa y de fácil acceso a las áreas comunes. Aprovecho para felicitar a los empleados que fueron en todo momento amables y muy serviciales. Áreas a mejorar alfombras de los pasillos necesitan cambio, igual las toallas de la piscina .

The was ok for the price I paid. When we arrived i had to go back down and ask for bedding and then it took 2 hours to arrive. 2 seperate times our room was cleaned and we were left no towels at all. Again i had to go down stairs and ask for them and it delayed our starg to our day because we waited over an hour. The bed was very uncomfortable and caused a lot of back pain. The furniture was stained and dirty. Along with the rug in the living room. Our toliet seat was broken and it was reported and never fixed during our stay. You coukd also see where the wall in the bathroom by the toliet had been urinated on and not cleaned. But i guess you get what you pay for. Would not stay here again or recommend to friends and family.

I like that it has a private beach and very nice a d clean pools. It's only 20 to 30 minutes from the Airpot, depending on the time of the day. The Suite with kitchen had everything we needed.

Me encanto el area de la piscina muy buena pero la habitación estaba sucia no tenia toalla en el baño las solicite y la mucama indico no tenia y me traeria lo que nunca paso. Hacia mucha calor en la habitacion. Pero el area de la piscina excelente y recepción los empleados muy amables.

The door in my room appears to be damage and the sink faucet wouldn’t close properly.

The area around the front desk and pool was nice and clean, but it needs more work on the rooms. The carpet was dirty and there was a toy visible under the bed. The handle on the coffee pot was broken, coffee filters were wet, creamer was dry like a cracker, no facial tissue or toilet paper. Very small samples of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, not enough for 1 person to use. I recommend using the wall dispensers to avoid recycling plastic as well as having individual sugar, creamer, stirrers and napkins to avoid wasting items that are not used. It will be also nice to have a sample of dish washing detergent to wash the plates and silverware used during the stay.

The room wasn't ready. We wasted time solving the problem. Although maintenance is ongoing, it seems the pool area and surrounding area needs updating.
We found this wall open. It looks like maintenance was halfway done.

Mold in the room. Rooms very out dated. Not clean. Stained couches. Property is dirty and need retrofitting. It’s a 2 star hotel at best. It’s as if motel 6 was a “resort”
