Very clean room, all rooms face the ocean, I recommend staying on the 3rd floor or above to see the ocean. We stayed on the 5th. Very nice big pool and 2 hot tubs. Staff are amazing! The restaurant has good food and drinks- they are very accommodating to allergies. Gorgeous private beach with chairs for free to use.

Room, lack of staff, no reliable amenities, publicized restaurant did not exist but a shack that didn’t operate well in the rain, dangerous barn doors in room that came unglued more than once, front desk staff lacked caring, no room service during five day stay had to go to front desk for basics, I.e. coffee, toilet paper. Text from staff requiring us to clean room before we left including cleaning kitchen and loading and starting dishwasher. What are supposed hotels coming to. And I thought all these chores were incline the $30.00 daily resort fee. What next; will they have us doing the valet? Shame.

Overall, this hotel had some definite highs and a few frustrating drawbacks. The beach was really nice, and the balcony view overlooking the ocean and pools was beautiful — easily one of the best parts of the stay. The bed was comfortable, which made sleeping easy after long days out. The food options on site (though not technically part of the hotel) were good and convenient, which was a plus. That said, a few things kept this from being a relaxing experience. The hot tub jets were extremely intense and sprayed directly into our faces the entire time, making it more uncomfortable than relaxing. The tub itself was very small, so taking a bath wasn’t enjoyable either. Unfortunately, the mini fridge had a strong unpleasant odor, which was disappointing and off-putting. Overall, the location and views were great, but some comfort and maintenance issues took away from what could have been a much more relaxing stay.

Room was newly remodeled and very, very nice. Very clean. The resort was friendly and not overcrowded. There were plenty of chairs around the pool and the beach, so no early morning rush to get your chairs. The restaurant on site was outstanding! There were many places to eat off Resort and it was a reasonable Uber ride to any of them. The beach was beautiful, but rough to swim in.

The staff was very attentive. Room was nice and clean. Mahi Mahi bar/grill was a home run! Great variety and good drinks. This was a resort without the crowded resort feel. No running for beach chairs or seats at the pool. Nice and secluded but would suggest getting a rental or be prepared to spend on Ubers. Nothing is in walking distance outside of the resort.

This resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect — close to shops and dining, yet surrounded by beautiful scenery. The beach was an absolute 10/10. We loved the family-friendly programs for kids, the delicious drinks at the bar, and the welcoming, pleasant staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Overall, a 10/10 experience and a place we would happily return to.

The one bedroom suite was spectacular!! We had a beautiful view of the beach. Staff at the front desk was very friendly. I wish we knew they had the donation basket before checking out though. We wouldn’t have purchased so many items. But nonetheless the room was beautiful. We did try the restaurant as well. The food was good but it did take quite a bit to get our food so don’t go when in a hurry! Definitely tried the bar, drinks were make perfectly. The jacuzzi was great and the area was clean. I’ve already recommended this resort to friends and family. Would stay there again!

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The grounds were pretty and it was right on the beach only a 10 minute drive from Playa de Vega Baja, which I highly recommend. Rooms were clean and pool was nice. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant – the food was mediocre.

Amazing place to be at! The staff, security, cleanliness, everything was perfect and we enjoyed it so much! If you want to relax , that’s the place to be! You can’t hear anything from the outside surrounding. To add, the view from the room was spectacular!!! I would definitely go back there if I go again in Puerto Rico.
