Great location but not very sound proof. You can see light from the hallway coming through the cracks of the door and if you are close to the elevator or someone is talking outside of your door its sounds like they are in your room. They also don't have slippers.

⸻ This was our first time staying at this hotel, and my family (with my boys) loved it so much! The location is perfect and very convenient. The hotel itself is very clean, the restaurant is gorgeous, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spotless — cleanliness is a must for me, and this place definitely delivered. The entire staff was professional and friendly. Special shoutout to our waitress, Plu he was super friendly and gave us excellent service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back

The hotel was very nice but since we booked through Expedia they put us on the second floor with no elevator access. So we had to carry our bags up the stairs. When we asked if anything else was available we were told only PAID upgrades. The front desk clerk was not friendly. It was a short flight of stairs, but disappointing just the same. Great location, very convenient, room was very nice.

The photos of this property look nice, but they don’t represent the current hotel conditions. The hotel is dirty, both inside the rooms and out. Our first room had dog poo in it and we requested to switch rooms to a musty alternative. Also, while the wharf is a tourist attraction, not it also attracts vagabonds of all sorts. You’re better off spending the money in downtown Carmel or in the Valley.

Experienced lights flickering, really loud AC units, poor sound proof walls, loud door shutting sounds when closing, tv guide does not match channel, and lack of lights in the room. The good was that the room was spacious. Overall probably not worth the price of the stay compare to other competing hotels in the area.

Amazing stay!

Checking in- incredibly friendly and warm staff. Offered an upgrade, which was super nice. Lobby is beautiful, restaurants are great. The best dog friendly hotel we’ve ever stayed. Would definitely recommend to others!

Fun family vacation.

This is our 4th time staying here. This is a very family friendly hotel. Everything is nearby and in walking distance. You can walk to the pier or to the beach. Only This time our AC was a little bit noisy at night and they gave us two tower fans. They also checked it and cleaned it. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Atmisphere of the lobby was great. On the other hand beds were very live in with large valleys in the center of the beds. Also the shower temperature would fluctuation every 30 seconds regardless of time of day. Other then that the stay was fine and would definitely try somewhere else next time.
