I was so impressed with my stay here. The room was possibly the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. All the staff I interacted with were so friendly and pleasant. The hotel is in a great location for those who are wanting to walk around the entertainment district, CN Tower/ Rogers Centre, and harbour front areas. Lots of food options in the area, and the coffee shop in the hotel offers great basic breakfast & lunch options. Street traffic was noisy at times, but that is expected and unavoidable in Downtown Toronto. I would definitely stay here again.

This is probably one of the more terrible hotel experiences I have had. On check in we were checked into an occupied room, opening the door to a naked man. We were both embarrassed. Then we were checked into another room. We were assured repeatedly at the front desk that the room was feather free ( my wife is allergic). When my wife got very stuffed up and wheezy we checked the bedding to find pillows and comforter were 100% Down. We called at 9 pm to have the bedding changed. Housekeeping were very prompt, efficient and apologetic. The room is high tech. It takes a manual to operate the lights ( no manual). Some of the room controls are on the tv. Our remote wasn’t working ( dead batteries). We couldn’t get a kettle. Our only option was to call for hot water from the restaurant. They did not come with a carafe but a small cup. For a high tech ultra modern hotel, it was deplorable.

Great new hotel in downtown Toronto that’s close to The Well and Gardiner. Had a very comfortable stay and will return. Parking can be a little slow but not an issue, just plan with a little extra time on your hands.

We just recently stayed there for 4 nights. We arrived around 5 pm and check in was 3. Our room was not ready. However, they did offer late check out, which worked out in our favor, due to flight times. The hotel is fine, room was good, but it was not completely clean. The floors were not swept. The shower door was not cleaned. The location was perfect for the entertainment district. Dollar store and Starbucks across the street was a plus. I would stay here again.

It was fairly clean. Holding a security deposit of $150 per night of your stay is appalling. We had a shared door with another room and it was extremely noisy. When looking for a coffee our last morning we waited 15 minutes with no other customers there and still didn’t get served. We own Cafe’s and high end accommodations of our own and found this to be an extremely disappointing stay.
