We were at the front of the apartments on Fletcher Street, and between the restaurants and deliveries pulling up out the front leaving their engine running, we were unable to leave the patio door open at all, or able to get any peace and quiet. Also, I damaged my car in the car park which the hotel uses because there is a concrete barrier at shoulder level which was no visible on rear view mirrors and sensors on my new car didn’t pick up – there was smashed glass all the way across the top of it, which suggested I wasn’t the first one that happened to. It was a disappointing and expensive stay for the experience.

We felt the room could have at least provided a box of tissues for the price we paid. We found it difficult to find as did Google Maps- it is not well signed. The room was fine and the reception staff friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately our room was not clean when we arrived. It had been cleaned but wasn’t clean. Things left in the fridge from previous stay. The bathroom door had a lot of dirty hand prints along the side of it. The first night I found a biscuit eaten by a mouse in the cupboard. I reported this to reception and they said it wouldn’t be a mouse. I had to insist they take the room number. The last night another biscuit was eaten by a mouse. Reception again weren’t too concerned about it. I will let my manager know was the comment
