I want to express my appreciation for the Reception Manager, Miss Anastasia at Hampton Inn by Hilton Toronto Airport Corporate Centre. My flight was delayed and I arrived after check-in hours, but she was incredibly kind and still welcomed me without hesitation. She even went above and beyond by offering complimentary two hour late check out, her warmth and willingness to help turned a tiring travel experience into a pleasant one.
