We booked this during an overnight layover. We liked the airport shuttle and the free breakfast- why we booked. First, we got on the Hampton inn shuttle but it took us to the wrong Hampton Inn. After arrival, they said they couldn’t help us and we ended up having to take an über. In the morning, we got to the front desk- hoping to take the 6:30am shuttle to the airport. They informed us that the shuttle already left (6:10am) and we had to über again. We booked this to save those fees and ended up spending way more than anticipated.

Shuttle service was great! Drivers were helpful and friendly. Hotel room wasn't clean, especially the bathroom. Average breakfast was served until 10am and even though it was full of people, they closed the door. There's wasn't enough room for everyone to sit and tables weren't clean.
