It’s a beautiful property right on the bay. The one downfall for my husband and I were the pillows. It was like sleeping on a sock. We are back home and our necks still hurt.

Well maintained hotel in a wonderful location. My only complaint would be the staff isnt as well trained as one would expect for a hotel of this caliber. It put a damper on our stay.

The restaurants are phenomenal in the Boston Harbor Hotel. Staff is exceptional, everyone goes out of their way to assist you. Best Hotel in Boston!
