Friendly staff and rooms were very clean. Very close to metro station. Bed was comfortable and pyjamas provided. Room size is typical, we opted for a room with a tub which was nice, sink located outside the bathroom so bit of extra room inside. Overall excellant hotel.

The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged our luggages to be shipped to our next destination and helped to fill out all paperwork which were in Japanese since we couldn’t speak the language. Of there weee charges by the shipping/ delivery service. The charge was reasonable. We didn’t have to haul around large luggages.
