Alex at the Front desk was so kind and helpful! Every interaction was so pleasant, and he was lovely enough to help us print our Universal tickets when we checked out! Very appreciated! ALSO- the valet team was so patient as I struggled to get my life together and forgot something on my car, immediately after valeting it. THANK YOU, EVERYONE.
