The BEST PART were the desk clerk(s)! Everything was quick and easy and the Valet Service was Great! I met the nicest people at the hotel. Also, the restaurant inside the hotel was excellent! Will I stay at this hotel again?Most definitely.

It’s crazy this downtown hotel should be the most luxury place but it’s totally opposite way. Unfortunately, the worst hotel I have ever been to.

I spent one night for my husband’s birthday. Kyle at the reception desk not only gave us a free upgrade room but we also got a bottle of champagne. The room was clean and comfortable.
