Very clean, comfortable & convenient for early morning flight. Could check bag night before. Didn’t have breakfast as flight was too early we did try to have tea in the room but not enough milk for our teas. We did get 2 free bottles of water but only 1 was still neither of us like sparkling water but as it took so long for someone to bring 1 toothbrush ( we asked for 2) as ours were in our checked bag- we didn’t dare ask again for anything else. Staff at reception were very friendly & helpful. Despite the minor hiccups we had a good comfy sleep, easy check-in checkout & walk to departures for our flight.

Usual airport hotel, it is set up poorly with loads of guest wings, making everything a hassle with the useless elevators. It does do the job for a night before flight hotel though.

Clean room, good and quiet location, comfortable bed. Friendly staff but slow room service. Took over 1 hour to get new batteries for the tv remote - had to call twice. Food was promised within 30 mins but arrived 1 hour later. I would stay again due to the close proximity to the airport.

Arrived at Sofitel early in the morning. My wife and I were warmly greeted by front desk staff Mr Ronak. We felt his sincerely through his smile and conversation. Mr Ronak was very helpful and willing to take an extra step to check us in early. The room is nice, clean, and comfy. We were able to take a warm shower, after almost 14 hrs flight from Singapore, before heading out to explore Paddington. We had a good sleep too, the bed is comfortable, would have been perfect if the pillows are harder, which is my personal preference. It will be walking distance to our departure later on. I love Sofitel@London Heathrow, we will be back again, soon.

The best went flying connections into Heathrow. Didn’t have a proper plug by bed for UK adapter for breathing machine, but made it total right with an extension cord . Definitely recommend

It was an expensive night for three persons in one room for £400, but I guess you pay for the location if you’re flying early
