The hotel is quite nice but much further from the airport than I expected. Prices for ubers or cabs from the airport for the short distance to the hotel are also ridiculous ($50+ for a 10 minute ride) so I ended up taking the bus but they only run every 20 minutes and it's a bit confusing to make sure you're on the right one. I also found the listings on Expedia to be misleading as I thought I had booked a room with a bathtub but then learned when I arrived that only the family rooms have bathtubs. Thankfully, Riya at the front desk was extremely accommodating and changed my room after I checked in. Was very impressed with the service and food, especially in the executive lounge was excellent. If it wasn't for distance from Heathrow I would easily stay again.
