This is a great hotel close to all the downtown Seattle attractions and has a public parking lot adjacent for $1/hour which isn't bad. The hotel was very clean, the shower was amazing, and the housekeeping and front staff were terrific. I'll stay there again! No AC, but, it's nice to have windows open in the summer and a cool breeze wafting in.

Located at the top of the hill so walking downtown and back is out of the question. Parking lot is first come first serve and about 1$/hr. Room was spacious, bed and pillows not that good. Hot water good. Would not stay again though.

Stayed here for several nights while a family member had surgery at Harborview. The hotel is comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel and rooms are old, and it's a little noisy in the neighborhood. But it was great for what I needed and a reasonable price for Seattle.

Very basic, very affordable accommodations in a very expensive city. Just as an example, a very basic breakfast for 2 at a nearby hotel was 1/3 of the price we paid to spend the night here. It was just what we needed: clean room, comfortable bed, quiet hotel, low price. Located very close to all the action at the waterfront and Pike Street Mkt.. The only issue I had, there was no staff present in the hotel. If their services were needed you had to visit their property across the street. We were very happy with what we paid, this is the second time I stayed here. This will be my go to hotel if I visit again

One issue came up with WiFi access. Evidently... the front of the hotel doesn't get a strong signal like the back of the hotel. The front desk immediately changed my room so I could have access. Above and beyond.

Extremely handy to Virginia Mason medical complex. It is across from Inn at Virginia Mason, where The Rho cafe serves Mon-Fri 7am-9m - with friendly service, good food, super handy. All hotel staff from front desk to room cleaners were very friendly, helpful, efficient. Recommend this as a good place to stay for medical travel as well as just visiting Seattle.

Stayed for medical procedures nearby. Old building but very clean, comfy bed, and large room with microwave and frig. Small bathroom and no AC. At the top of a big hill so be aware if walking from Symphony Station. Otherwise very convenient to surgical centers and well priced for downtown.
