The service was wonderful and they held our bags for us so we could explore with ease. There's a provided airport shuttle and they have cards for a local shopping center shuttle as well. We'll stay here again next time we're in seattle.

Property needs upgrade/ maintenance. The deadbolt nor the manual lock worked on my door, leaving just the closing of the door and no added security. It also had that old hotel smell. The staff was nice and warm in their greeting. Could have some decaf coffee with breakfast, and some options more non-carb friendly options. Plain yogurt, oatmeal rather than white rice. Bed and shower were clean and it worked for a sort one night stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the ceiling was so thin it squeaked when people walked above. You could hear every footstep. Breakfast was also limited - no hot options and not great continental ones. I did appreciate the convenient and reliable airport shuttle service. Overall, it was okay for what it was - a close place to stay with free airport shuttle.

Reasonable rate for the area.

Gap in the wall at the base near the table between the two beds was large to the point you could see light from room next door at the base of the wall. You could hear conversations from the unit behind that wall that came from the gap. Took a hand towel and wedged it in the gap to dampened the noise from next door:. Two remote controls for the tv made getting the tv to work challenging. We didnt have room service every day, and came close to running out of toilet paper. Have seen worse service and other hotels. The trash cans are very small so we brought our own trash bags to place our trash. Elevator button doesn’t light up, so you would press the down button to get the elevator to show up. Sometimes the elevator would go down instead of up. Lucky thing only three floors. Breakfast was good. Parking was good. The sliding door in the lobby was removed and plastic walk-in refrigerator clear strips was added. If you walked outside to the seating area with breakfast in hand. The plastic clear strips would hit customers plates with their breakfast. Spills have occurred when plates or cups of coffee get hit by that plastic strips while walking outside.

It was a nice stay, the bed was comfortable. My only issue was the parade above my room early in the morning. The people above me were walking around, which I could easily hear because the ceiling would creak... im guessing there must not be much insulation

We left this hotel and went to another one. I requested a handicapped accessible room because I use a wheelchair, and the only "handicapped" equipment was a towel rack!
