A bit of a catfish

Hotel looks abandoned and ran down from the street. Interior not as bad, but very, very dated. As evening came, the parking lot filled up and guests were visible and visibly checking in. Free parking a plus, but some apprehension giving the look of the exterior of the facility. The excellent service and friendly staff made up for the feel of the facility. Every shift within the front desk was consistently friendly, bubbly, helpful, and always smiling. That would make me give the facility another try.

Under constructio, but not bad

Hotel is definitely under construction, but wasnt loud for us. The first room we were put in, both comforters had stains all over them. Front desk immediately apologized and gave us a new room that was partially updated? Im just wondering why housekeeping would take the time to make both double beds with stained blankets.... someone was smoking on our floor also, hallway was filled with cigarette smoke.other than that, staff was kind and friendly. 2nd room was fine enough. Nice large tv too.

Room not really clean. I picked up 2 different kinds of earrings on the floor it means they did not do a thorough job of mopping it. And the bed linen has lots of hairs but they resolve and change it. I’m glad for the lady that changed it. The to go breakfast not available I asked he said they did not receive their sandwich delivery.😂
