I was charged $400 for what should have been $99 at best. All of the furniture was old and scratched, the carpet had burns, and there was no fridge. It was way overpriced. The front desk staff was great upon check-in.

Put use in a room with a water leak. Moved us room then the ac went out and had a horrible smell. They supposedly came and fixed it but it still was not working. Would not recommend this place.

The front desk staff was very helpful, they allowed us to store our luggage and use the pool area while we waited. We arrived from our cruise at 9:30am and were able to check in early- at noon While the buildings are older, the rooms have bee renovated It’s a very busy hotel. Lots of flight attendants, pilots and cruisers The outdoor pool was lovely!

The problem was with Expedia. We booked 2 rooms & received a confirmation that clearly showed 2 rooms. However. Upon check in we were told that Expedia only reserved one room, but charged us for 2. The Doubletree manager said we would have to call Expedia & have them email paperwork over to show that it was for 2 rooms. Christian at Expedia would not email the paperwork & said he would just cancel the reservation & refund the money. Then he hung up on us. Luckily the Double Tree manager helped us rebook 2 room, but of course it cost us a couple hundred more dollars. It was 11:45 p.m, so we just needed to get some sleep before our early flight.

It is across from the airport and offers a shuttle to airport, very convenient. The hotel overall is a bit outdated but the beds were super comfortable. They have a cafe that I got coffee at everyday, beat leaving the hotel. I definitely would stay again.

We stayed in the tower with an east facing room on the 6th floor. Though we faced another hotel it was quiet and allowed us to catch up on sleep from a long sleepless flight. The beds were clean as was the bathroom and coffee station. It was what we needed without any disappointment or frills. Our son enjoyed the cookies at check in.
