The check in line is very long because there isn't enough help. Checking out at 9 am is so crowded eith breakfast pick up line and people on line at front desk. Inadequate staff. We arrived before check-in to be told return after 3. After 3 the only rooms left were farther out near The Lake. We had to pay extra for the closer tower room. It's near the airport but the traffic getting there in cruise days will take you 40 minutes.

When we tried to check in after 3:30, our room wasn't available, but the staff called cleaning staff and expedited and called us back in 15 mins when our room was ready. They gave us free breakfast. We'd stay again.

The hotel was nice and had a lot of character. But, it's time for a other updating. The bathrooms are small, the lighting is awful, it felt old and had a funny smell (musty). The parking cost was $33 which to me is ridiculous to paying guests, any other reason for visiting the property, yes - not to mention it was a bit difficult to find parking when we arrived due to a wedding reception. I also think it's crazy they didn't have light breakfast items (cereal, toast, bagels, donuts, etc) included in the stay. For $300 a night it's should be all inclusive. The staff were super friendly which made up for the above issues.

Outside grounds were lovely with vegetation. Lobby was nice and clean. But as soon as you left the lobby area to go to your rooms the cleanliness faded. Rooms were outdated. We had to lift our room to get it to close, carpet was stained and dirty.

The hotel ran out of the 3 bed rooms, so they gave us a 2nd room complimentary! The cookies were warm and delicious! Staff was friendly. It was a great stay.

The bed was driving me crazy. It’s so old and squeaky, I can’t even shift without waking the whole house. Every tiny move makes it groan like it’s falling apart. It’s like sleeping on a rusty shopping cart — enough is enough!”
