Booked a room for 5 and never happened. Site said it had a pool but was closed vecause of covid. Poor accomodation becuz of covid 5 years later is bad news.

Bad experience

Well considering we got in at 2 am and found my room was flooded was not good. Then the staff acted like it was my fault. No apology. Stuck me in a room with queen bed. Asked for king. Staff told me I was lucky i wasn't getting charged more or booting me out of hotel for lack of rooms. That is NO way to treat a customer. Had to wait for room to be ready. I think the story was made up and they overbooked and someone took my room. Not nice and you really won’t care anyway.

They have openings on expedia.com and then they dont and refuse to refund your money. Comfort in down the street took care of me after these people stole money from me. Refused to refund.

The hotel was dark and a little grim. Convenient location near the airport but seemed to be in a potentially sketchy neighborhood, as evidenced by the glass surrounding the reception desk and the sign saying “smile, you’re on camera”. The bathroom was in poor condition with broken tiles, crumbling drywall and mold in the rim of the sink. But the beds were very comfortable and the free shuttle to the airport was a great service.

Very rude staff

Our connecting flight was delayed 7 hrs, I updated the property of this so there would be no issue getting a shuttle to the hotel. When I called to request the shuttle once we arrived, I was hung up on FOUR TIMES by the rudest front desk lady I have ever encountered. When she finally sent the shuttle, the driver did not greet us, did not load our luggage, just opened the trunk and got in the cab. The same front desk lady was obviously having the worst day of her life and the attitude and curt language was incredibly disrespectful and wholly unprofessional. She cut me off, rudely told me she had the information she needed. When our room was assigned, she held up the key card and said, "Here's your room. The elevator is over there." and THREW the keys at me. Not handed them to me, not slipped them under the glass. No. She THREW them at me with disgust on her face. The most unprofessional and nasty worman ever. We get to the room and it REEKED of marijuana. It was overpowering and thick. Then we looked up and saw why. The previous guests had crammed the smoke detector with tissue paper rendering it inoperable, and when you opened the unscreened window, the joints were all over the roof. When this massive breach was pointed out to your staff, they did nothing. No room change, no apology, nothing. So rude, so dismissive. No offer of a credit, a pass for a meal. Nothing. Ramada will not get our business again.

The carpet was stained in several places. The bathroom had mildew on the ceiling. I'm getting blocked in. We were by blocked in by shuttles, when leaving, trying to leave. You have to walk to the lobby to ask for towels. They did not ask to service our room. There were hookers and drug dealers in the hotel as well as next door after speaking to other people that were on the property, I found out i paid double what she did, and she stayed there five days longer than I did. The staff was rude and acted like we were bothering them if we had a question. It smelled like cigarettes and Vaseline. There's a cemetery across the street. Not that that's a big deal. But kind of it does look like a park i would have much rather have seen in any of the hotels on international boulevard.

The housekeepers blocked the entrance to my room so it was difficult to check in when I got there and the same thing in my check out early in the morning. Not o it that but they gathered right outside my door gossiping and making noise. The room was overly hot as the ac clearly wasn’t working well. The restaurant was disappointing with service where you had to wait so long I had to go walk somewhere else to order dinner. Embarrassing as I am from the hospitality industry as a manager and I would be mortified to have this happen on our property.

The front desk staff was very nice when we checked in and check in was quick. The room was for 5 people and was very small. We asked for a rollout. When it was delivered the person who dropped it off asked if we needed anything else and we asked for more pillows as there are people in our party with joint issues. The person seemed very put out that we asked for more pillows and was very passive aggressive when he dropped them off. There aren’t a lot of dining options nearby and if you don’t have a car it’s hard to get around. The shuttle both to and from the airport went great.
