The woman at the front desk was horribly rude to us the first night we checked in, but I had been traveling all day and just let it go. (African American woman, very short hair) I had another reservation for my return trip and the ONLY reason I kept it was because housekeeping does a great job and the bed was very cozy. This time I called down to the front desk, which took two separate calls to connect with someone, and wanted to know about the shuttle service, but to also inform them that I didn’t get a shower towel for the room just so I wasn’t charged. The woman that finally answered interrupted me to explain the shuttle. I told her she didn’t have to interrupt me, so she just hung up on me. This was at about 7am, I was already dressed, so I immediately went downstairs to ask for her managers business card. There were two different African American women, one with longer hair that checked me in earlier that day, and another woman also with glasses I think that produced the business card to me very sweetly. As I rounded the corner, the two burst out laughing. You don’t want to think it’s about you, but sometimes it is. I promptly emailed the manager, Alicia, but still have not heard back. I’m appalled that as I read the reviews for this place, that it’s obvious who the issues are and have been at that property and it seems that no one cares. The shuttle service to the airport is prompt if you can ever get the front desk to answer the phone or tell the driver.

Hotel is old. Overall dirty feeling in lobby and elevators. Carpet in room seemed dirty. Bathroom not the cleanest. Very basic hotel. Parking lot behind hotel was dark and felt sketchy. Bed was comfortable.

Not impressed

Reserved 3 rooms, and had email confirmation but front desk said we only had 2. Spent an hour on the phone with hotels.com getting it straight. Not friendly staff. Hotel is old and needs updating. Bathroom wallpaper falling off and tub soap dish broken and exposing sharp edges in the tub. Housekeeping vacuum cleaner is the loudest vacuum I've ever heard, along with banging against our wall at 7 am in the room next door. Expected more from Ramada.
