I think the fact the coffee was just like dirty water and they didn't care was like the final straw. They also would not send the shuttle 3 minutes away to pick me up from car rental return. It was $85/night and I got what I paid for. It was worth it for the price but be clear about that.

I gave it a 3 star bc of the worker in the front. I don’t remember her name but she made my stay worth it. Very easy to work with, happy and understanding. The workers on the other hand came in when I was still sleeping. I had to tell the to leave 3 times bc it wasn’t time for me to check out yet. Then I had to yell through the door that my time wasn’t over yet that I finally just got over it and just left

One should not be surprised to find an airport hotel is a bit noisy. The tv did not have a guide that was easy to follow. Meager complaints, so all in all, a good stay.

Stayed here because we had an early flight back home. Commute to airport was about 4 mins. No issues at all - driver was there at 3:30 to take us to airport. Can walk to hotel from rental car drop off. Clean and simple.

Stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport so convenient. The shuttle was a bonus as we are not from Seattle so didn't know the city, shuttle driver was excellent! Another bonus to staying here is that the Light Rail is also at the airport so getting around the city was pretty easy after we figured things out. Walking distance to a restaurant and to the LRT. Would stay here again.
