We stayed one might before flying the next morning. Great desk staff, friendly and helpful. Very accommodating when I needled our room key back to go fetch a hat my husband had left hanging in the room. We use this facility often.

Horrible run down Hotel. Slow as hell check in confusing shatter and over priced breakfast. I stay at Best Western a lot and enjoy the free breakfast so to not get that and be expected to 15$ a person for a slap dick meal is just WoW!

The location is ideal for convenience to the airport. I can just walk. Don’t have to take an airport shuttle, but there are homeless and CD elements around and there’s a power station right in front of the hotel that probably Emmett unhealthy frequencies.

The best location for flying in at SeaTac Airport and traveling the area. You can walk to this location from the airport. The light rail is in very short walking distance as well (probably within 5 minutes). This hotel is the closest and most conveniently located of the local options. However, the room I stayed in had a strong musty/pet dander smell. Otherwise, it was good.

My husband and I felt catfished by this hotel… The pictures online did not represent the condition of the hotel. It seems this hotel has a very low budget. The hotel overall was dingy for lack of a better word and the cleanliness was questionable. The front desk were very warm and welcoming and the shuttle service was great. We would not stay here again though…

The staff was helpful and friendly. It was nice having a 24 hr airport shuttle service. And, since I was just flying through, it was nice to have a restaurant on site. My only complaint is that while clean, the room smelled damp or musty.

Staff was fine and helpful. If you are early make sure you understand they will hold your luggage but at your own risk. Kind of sketchy because they don’t mark your bags like bigger hotels will.

Close to airport. Room was run-down, carpets were filthy. The shower had strands of hair hanging on the shower wall from previous guest. Doesn't seem to make any difference if you use the 'privacy please' because housekeeping barged in as I was about to shower. Not even an apology from front desk. My last nights stay, I woke up to someone upstairs trying to unclog their toilet at 2am. Mine barely flushed. Had the maid barge in as I was about to shower. Not a great experience here.
