I did appreciate the neighbors letting us know about certain rude staff members and how we had to beg to get our room cleaned. We had multiple items missing out of our room. Went to the front office to inquire and was greeted by a rude unprofessional housekeeping manager. She basically told us she can’t do anything about it and brushed it off. We then complained about the housekeepers entering our room while our do not disturb sign was on the door- we have recordings as we have been having issues of theft. We complained and the same manager says they didn’t see the sign- again we have recordings. In addition- we were there for 10 days and not once did they come clean our bathroom, they just brought towels. We kept asking to have our room cleaned at least once- they came and only vacuumed. We had to request sheets to change them ourselves, we had to get a broom from the young lady at the front desk- thanks to her we were able to broom. Our overall stay was horrible. The staff was not accommodating besides the young lady- forgot her name. They don’t care about nothing at this hotel. They don’t clean, they don’t assist in trying to figure out how items came missing out of our room when they are the only ones that have the master keys. When you request for towels or toilet tissue, they will tell you they’ll send it up and never do. You literally have to go down to the office and basically beg for them to give you anything. I do not recommend this hotel!

No information on cleaning fees given but charged

They didn't give us any information about cleaning at checkin but charged us a cleaning fee for leaving 3 dishes in the sink. 30 something dollars for 3 dishes, but if they would have said you have to wash your own dishes well then we would have, and not be charged an arm and leg for 3 dirty dishes. In fact the whole check in was not friendly, we weren't even given the any wifi info and was treated like we wanted to drugs in the room. I will never stay there again.

Most dirtiest hotel every

The room was not clean it was the most filthiest place ive ever had to stay it had dog hair everywhere even on the bed i asked the front desk if they can send someone to clean the room and never did. I booked a room with a kitchen so i can cook something while we were there for our stay i pull out the silverware and there was still old food and what looks like old fosting on the butter knife the sink was not cleaned and had food stuck to the sides. The bathroom wasnt whiped down the counter still had waterstains on the counter and bathtub and a dirt ring. We found dog toys under the table and aside the bed the couch was full of dog hair didnt even want to sit or lay on it. We told the front desk and they didnt offer a new room they just said they couldnt do anything about it i couldnt find another place to stay so we were out of luck for two days in a dirty room they didnt even offer a new room to us which i asked for.i had to find a new hotel and checked out a day early so i lost money. I will never return here.

Solid economical stay

Basic clean accommodations in a convenient location, polite and helpful staff. I was in town for two nights, spent little time in the room aside from sleeping. Walls are thin between adjoining rooms (w door in between) so I heard my neighbors’ tv late at night and their loud phone conversations in the morning. Front desk staff promptly and professionally responded to noise complaint regarding the noisy tv and got neighbor to turn it off. Appreciated the citrus scented hand soap and lotion dispensers next to bathroom sink, in addition to in-shower toiletry dispensers.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in many years,the only reason I made the reservation was because I made a mistale by booking with Sonesta select,which is the building next to it.This hotel is very outdated,I smelled weed right after walking in.The hotel room is old,the bathroom still has the hair left by the previous guest.I would never choose this hotel again.
