The start was a bit tough when our room request due to handicap and service dog was not met. Dianne at the desk the next morning got us moved into a wonderful room that met our needs. She also covered our parking as a we're sorry. The facility is nice, clean, and I can't say enough about the staff. I would recommend staying here to anybody.
