Noticeable fish smell in the room. It was bearable for one night so did not bother requesting a new room. The paint in a corner wall was damaged. Barking dog early in the morning

Made it there at 3:30 to check-in and the room was NOT ready. We waited about 30 - 45 minutes and finally one of the other workers went to check on the progress and we had to wait some more. My room wasn’t the only one not ready. The next day, I attempted to get fresh towels the entire day and did not get any. The lady at the front desk said there was a lot of check in and they were out. I also had a trash bag and she tells me I have have to take it to the dumpster, no ma’am! Came back down again, now she says come back in an hour, came back and they still were not ready. I went to graduation, came back and the lobby is shut down. I went to the guest laundry room to wash the dirty towels and the machine to purchase detergent was “out of order”. WE DID NOT HAVE ANY TOWELS FOR WEDNESDAY! Get to the front desk Thursday morning and I explained to the front desk lady that I NEED towels, she tells me to take them to the laundry. Get to the laundry and she tells me I have to take them to the front desk, get back to the front desk and I tell her I am getting frustrated at this point. She finally went go get some fresh towels but it wasn’t the full set. Thursday I left and came back and before going back out I ask for towels so we can bath that night and before they run out AGAIN and she tells me she can only give me what I bring her. Went to the 4th floor to get the dirty towels and then she tells me she can only give me what I bought back when I wasn’t given the full set to begin.

Someone broke into our room while we were sleeping they said it was housekeeping at 11 pm at night but didn’t announce or stay around to explain the situation. Did not feel comfortable or safe left at daylight

For whatever reason, the elevator smelled like urine. They had a wet floor sign and an air freshener in the corner trying to mitigate. I wanted two beds, I got a bed and a hide a bed. The hide a bed mattress had stains. The bathroom had the faint smell of cigarettes. Laminate floors in a hotel room always weird me out.
