Good news. Friendly staff and free shuttle to / from airport and to / from other places in the area. Bad news. Property needs serious updating. Very old and outdated. Our room had so many cracks, dirty areas and probably 3/4" opening in the door to the frame. The fancy new bathroom sink and mirror was not a good band-aid on the rest of the room. Breakfast was very very limited.

I waited 1 hr. for shuttle to show up called, and was told shuttle was down back up shuttle never showed . Some kind shuttle driver from a competing hotel gave a grope of us a ride. I finally checked in around 12:15 AM.

Our train was running late. When we got here they informed us they had cancelled our reservation. Then they tried to say it was because my credit card did not work; which is crazy, it works everywhere else.

The. duty (front desk) staff was aware of my arrival and did an excellent job with their shuttle at the airport. I really felt welcomed. Their service was also excellent at the departure time. I was happy and well rested.

Very close to the airport which makes it convenient. You can hear the planes all night so if that bothers you this t not be the place for you. Free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was convenient and greatly appreciated - just called the front desk and they sent their shuttle; it runs every 30 minutes otherwise. Front desk staff very friendly. I was impressed with her multi-lingual skills and her professionalism.

This property is okay for a one night layover. The shuttle service is reliable. The rate is fair compared to other properties. The breakfast is very minimal. The noise from the airport and street was annoying. The staff people were helpful and friendly.

We checked in Tuesday night 6/10 and the gal that helped was marvelous! Helpful, friendly.. just charming. In the morning we met the daytime’ gal. A complete 180 from the gal the previous night. When we booked, we were under the impression it was an extended stay to leave our car. Not only was she completely rude in telling us we could not keep our cars there, completely unhelpful. We will not be back as she was completely rude really for no reason, we still don’t understand why.. I will let other people know how rude and unhelpful she was

We stayed one night from airport to a cruise. Front desk was very nice and had a nice conversation. Told us about JD Transportation. Room was clean and good for a nights stay if had to would stay again.

Not a 5 star hotel but perfect for what i needed. An inexpensive and safe and clean place to stay. I really felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Great water pressure and heated water.

Room itself was fine, the furniture looks pretty worn, but the FLOORS!! Our room looked like it had had a flood and warped all the flooring. They were chipped where the seems had lifted. It was a trip hazard. I walked around barefoot for a bit and then had to wash my feet. I would love to upload the pictures I took but after several attempts I have given up, Photos invalid or exceed size limit

I have mixed feelings about the property. While the beds and pillows were ABSOLUTELY comfortable and the airport shuttle was amazing- The place is a little outdated and breakfast consists of packaged oatmeal, milk and cereal, coffee and tea, yogurt, muffins and eggos.
