The cottage is as advertised: comfortable and beautiful: well-equipped kitchen, heated cement and tile floors, fab mattress, quiet, private, well located--walk for groceries, restaurants, across the street from Volunteer Park, Asian Art Museum. The best of most everything Seattle has to offer!

This property was fantastic - a true ‘10’! Parking was easy, convenient and safe. The cottage was clean, modern and very cool. It is very pet friendly. The neighborhood is great, with wonderful coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the cottage provides a wonderful space for your Seattle stay!

Quiet Natural Charm

Booked this property for a friend and her dog. They had a quiet and restful time at the cottage and at nearby Volunteer Park. Parking in neighborhood was no problem and property was warm and cozy.

Nice little escape in the heart of capital hill

Property was very cute and cozy. It had everything we needed and was in a beautiful neighborhood with everything you’d need in a 30min walk. There’s a small car parking that’s best to back into from the alley way.
