The property main areas are well kept but the rooms and hallway to the rooms, at least on floor 3, was very rundown. Tiles were missing in the bathroom. Hallway to the room and the room carpeting was stained and dirty! The bathroom mirror was streaked and not clean. There was a puddle of water around the toilet tank, yuck. Worst of all, I asked that the bathroom floor be cleaned, mirror be cleaned and even the refrigerator emptied out as it had open soft drink cups in it. When I returned to my room that evening the floor was dry but stained so not sure it was cleaned. The mirror was not cleaned and the refrigerator still had the last guest’s drinks in it. GROSS When I spoke to the staff the next morning I was told there was nothing they could do because I booed with a third party and was not interested in seeing the images I took. Unfortunately, this property is not holding up the Hilton brand standards or that what I think your company expects. I would like some sort of compensation and although I will be traveling to this area multiple times a year I will not we staying at this property.

Nice full service hotel. After a long day of travel it was nice to stay put and have dinner in their nice restaurant. The room was nice and clean. The hotel was close to I-81 south. Nice and quiet.

Staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, but there was mold in the bathroom and we had to call for towels. Overall, I would stay again. It was a great value.
