We had a couple issues at the start pf our stay, (With cleanliness of our room and a broken shower) but they made both things right as soon as I asked and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. My only complaint is the pool is really rough and my kids all ended up with skimmed toes and knees.

Hotel advertising as a hotel with pool and the pool was not working, thought they did offer a hotel nearby to swim at. Had to drive there. Room was mediocre clean, tape all over the walls and popped balloon pieces on the floor. Bathroom had hair all over the shower. Not much toilet paper and it was not in the bathroom. For price very expensive for amenities given

Not Happy!!!!!

This was our 2nd time at this property and this time very disappointed. We got into the room and realized there was no toilet paper so we called and they said well you have to come down to the office and get some. My response was why wasn’t there any and why do I have to come get it when there should have been some in the room!! Next there was no bedding in the room for the pull out couch so we called again later that evening and once again sorry you have to come get it!! The kitchen table had sticky crap all over it and the one shower had hair all over it! I spent around 900 for 4 nights and very disgusted by the way our room was it was like they didn’t really clean it!! Last but not least the pool wasn’t the cleanest and had leaves floating around!! I asked to speak to management and I was told someone would contact me but guess what nobody did!!!

Staff was awesome. Male front desk was respectful and kind. (Female with accent was fine). Our room was terrible. Stains all over carpet and ceiling. Furniture tattered and torn. Not sitable. Couch was much worse. Bathroom nasty. Spiders and cobwebs everywhere. They have 25% off. Huge disappointment. Not at all what Expedia described.
Odd furniture covers. Worn. Carpet stains everywhere.
