Room was dirty on arrival. Walk in to chips and stuff from last ppl who stayed. Also got non smoking room and it stunk of cigarettes. Had 3 kids who were tired or wouldn’t have bothered staying and paid already. If I could get a refund on it I would appreciate it. It was gross. Staff was disrespectful. And very unwelcoming. The stay was honestly just a place to sleep didn’t feel like anything more than just gross. Along with the room being hot wifi halfway working.

We had to leave on Saturday morning because of an emergency did not seem to like the idea. She was literally insisting that we have to pay for the three nights on our reservation. I'm waiting for the final accounting on my credit card to see how much I was charged for the night. Whatever it is, that young lady doesn't have the right training for the job.

The hotel seems to be in the middle of a remodel, and is located in an industrial area. The lady at the front desk was very rude when we used the pool, accusing us of walking from the parking lot...which we did... after parking our vehicle and going in our room to change. The pool door requires a key card to ooen so I was a bit confused by her stating that outside people try to use the pool. I would not recommend staying here.

I had an early flight in the morning so to spend the night before at the hotel. I took some food with me so I could warm it up and eat it in the room and I was very disappointed because the microwave did not work. Also, the refrigerator made horrible noises all night long and I had to finally get up and unplug it. Other than that, my stay was fine. The shuttle driver got me to my airport in time and was very courteous. I would definitely stay here again because it made my travel so much more pain-free.
