Front door to our room did not close. Switched us to another one that didn’t have dark out shades & the bath tub was broken/peeling. AC in the gym was not working. Management should fix such major issues.

While effort has been put into updating the property, There was mold in the bathtub, stuff from previous occupants under the bathroom sink and someone was smoking in an adjacent room which we could smell in our room. When brought to the staff, they were nice to our face, but failed to follow through on promises to clean up the mess in the bathroom.

I thought I was getting a super deal here based on all the high reviews that Expedia had listed but i'm getting the suspicion that these were all posted by employees. A rating of 8.4 /10 is way too high, buoyed up by a bunch of 10/10. I'm more in the 6/10 range. The carpet was worn, the tub was beat up, the ice machines were always broken, it is definitely in need of a deep clean and a refresh. Staff was nice and breakfast was decent, bed was comfortable enough. Just realize this is a basic hotel and that is all you should expect.

Good stay but can use some maintenance

Good location, need more parking space, breakfast was good, room was clean but the shower/bathtub and AC have seen better days aesthetically. The paint was chipped and AC was missing the cover.

Nothing Special. Too Many Negatives.

Good location, good parking, decent bed. They provided a room where I requested. Unfortunately, several negatives. Zero Internet (not just slow) during day and evening. I was given a key card from Hilton. It this is not a Hilton hotel. Very confusing. The tub/shower was very beat up with bubbles pair and many scrapes. There was a wet towel in the tub when I arrived making me wonder if it was cleaned. Hard to tell because condition. No butter available at nothing special breakfast. Not a disaster, but there are better choices for same price.

The hotel was nice and the bedroom was clean but it seems like they forgot to clean the bathroom, even an old/used bar soap was still in the shower. Parking is free and the breakfast was standard.

We made the best of it

We found our room to be in disrepair. The bathroom door would not close. The toilet leaked water on the floor. The room also smelled heavily of cleaner. We reported the issues to the front desk to see if there was another room available. They declared they were fully booked. A kind manager came up to our room to see if he could help with the door, but it could not be quickly repaired. He indicated the heavy cleaner was often due to a former guest smoking in the room, and the cleaning staff needing to use heavy cleaner.
