One of the best in Hoffman estates. Rooms are spacious and Breakfast was good. We arrived late at around 12.30 AM but the receptionist was welcoming and made sure everything is in place. I wish they have more tables over the breakfast area. There were a couple of hiccups like, elevator was down for a short duration and the fire alarm went off by error which were all addressed promptly. Overall, a pretty good place to stay in Hoffman estates.

This was a really nice property. It was close to a lot of shopping and dining options, there were some small opportunities around our rooms cleanliness but we didn’t spend much time in our room to worry much about it. I would not only recommend this hotel to others but I’d book another stay if I return to the area.

My family and I stayed here for 8 days. Immediately upon arriving we walked into the lobby and it had a musty smell. Going up to our room, when we got off the elevator it also smelled. When we walked in our room, it was clean but the furniture was clearly dated and very much dirty. Tub was clogged (when I addressed it, it was fixed). This hotel is very pet friendly and that’s fine. But we do not have pets and didn’t enjoy eating breakfast with dogs around or even the cold coffee. This hotel could use a deep clean and some updating.

The stay was decent overall, but there were a couple of drawbacks. The room did not have a microwave, which was inconvenient. As for the breakfast, it was okay—basic items were available, but there wasn’t much variety. Could be improved for a better guest experience.

Not only was the carpet stained and sticky feeling, the fire alarms went off twice. Once at midnight and another at 2am-both times we needed to evacuate. It was miserable.

The location was convenient to our event however I wouldn't stay there again. It was very outdated, TV had no guide and no option to use streaming. Shower mat was yellow and old, shower door replaced but left all of the old adhesive from previous door. The door to shower/toilet area was so large you had to squeeze between the toilet and wall to close, no microwave (which a suite should have) Lobby had no AC and no notification prior to arrival. Available food is made by the front desk and the Bar was a joke. Our window seal was broken so couldn't see out as was covered with white coating and the AC in our room is controlled and could not keep up with the heat and humidity.

Hotel was conveniently located by a number of restaurants and the expressway into the city. We booked day of due to an issue at home, and were able to check in to our room within the hour. Room was fine. Breakfast was supposed to begin at 6:30 but most items were still not available at 7:30 when we needed to leave.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast options were excellent and provided good variety for our family. Staff were extremely kind. The lobby was really warm and the setup (flow) to get breakfast was really congested. However the manager always came around to ask if she could get us anything. This staff were one of the most accommodating and hospitable Thai I’ve experienced in a long time. The flow of breakfast and the temp was a minor compared to the excellent service and other nice accommodations.

Pretty good…we were right next to the elevator, so lots of noise all night :( Breakfast was ok, nothing special and dining area was very crowded. Seems like prices would be lower since housekeeping has been eliminated…no microwave, no tub, either
