We have enjoyed staying at many Hyatt hotels. This room did not have air conditioning and had a little swelling in the bathroom floor making it hard to open the door. The pool was nice and the breakfast was the best one. Fun overall experience.

Nice, clean and comfortable but not good tv select

Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Only compliants was not able to adjust temperature in room and was warm and television selection was not good. We got there fairly early evening and wanted to just lay back and watch some tv. Not a good selection and a lot of channels were fuzzy. Tried to cast our channels from home and was not able to do so.

The staff on all shifts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, gave helpful recommendations and helped with changing the channels on the TV without making us feel stupid. The breakfast had many options and lots of room for seating. Quiet and safe feeling.

They gave us room next to elevator and can hear it go up and down each and every time. Very loud. The shower is a joke, water just flows out like a waterfall. Cannot shut the bathroom door without standing in the shower as the space between the toilet and shower is so limited. The sink water does not drain, have to shut it off then wait for it to drain, then continue where I left off. Sofa bed is very old, could not sleep.

It was okay. Read a lot of reviews on how comfortable the beds were, but that was false. Beds were really old and uncomfortable. Carpet was filthy and room had a weird smell. We stayed a week, 4 kids 2 adults- I had to ask for toilette paper and they would give me one roll and say they were out, I ended up using my own- when I would ask I felt like I was an inconvenience even though I paid a good amount for this trip. I am Hyatt member and usually prefer to use them for both business and personal since I do alot of both, but after this stay, I won’t be staying at a Hyatt for a long time If ever again.
