Hate the use of single use plastic cutlery and crockery. Strangely on some days there were a few metal cutlery and real plates and bowls available, whilst on others there were none. Breakfast items varied from day to day with some days better than others Room 403 was spacious and comfortable, but what should have been a nice view was spoilt because the double glazing was blown in both windows and hence they were steamed up inside. Shower strength was so-so but good range of soap/shampoo. We were attending an event at the Renaissance conference centre and it was a nice 30 minute walk to there (or I think there is a free bus around the area too) Overall an ok stay for what we wanted, but could have been better

Extremely regretful stay. Bad location.. no convenient transportation to city except uber which can be very expensive. Far from everything and if you rent car , parking and traffic will be also expensive. Very cold breakfast Even coffee super cold Ask for extra bath towels its like asking them for their kidney They need to fire housekeeping We had read other reviews how housekeeping doesnt clean or replace saying that there was do not disturb sign but guess what we didnt have that sign still didnt do any housekeeping No extra small face towels they expect u to use same towels daily without replacement The owner should close this hotel for not caring for customers.. absolute disgrace and shameful Stay away unless you like to be treated as homeless

I was having horrible asthmatic reaction to other guests dogs and the management went out of their way to accommodate my medical condition, I was so impressed and happy with how professional and accommodating they were. Bravo! Top notch service!

It was a nice place to stay. The room had some wear and tear on it but it’s not brand new so expected. The one negative was that the thermostat would not let us go lower than 69 degrees so it made for a pretty warm night for sleeping. Breakfast was very good. Better than expected.

Overal it was good. We love this place. However, i don't understand someone working in hospitality business not greeting guests when they arrive. This is what happened Friday when we arrived at 3 pm. Not even a thank you or have a good stay after check in. Maybe she was having a bad day. We will definitely come back though.
