People should be aware that the hotel is going through some renovations. Bathrooms are awfully small. No coffee maker in the rooms. The only thing that's AWESOME is the staff. They'll make you forget any inconvenience during your stay

For the money that we paid it was nasty, room filthy. Pool was closed due to renovations which we were not told about until check in. Not Happy at all. Rooms are out dated, need to work on renovating for the amount of money spent. Breakfast was horrible.

On the site says pool & hot tub & when you prepay & arrive but charge 45.00 a day for amenity they dont have , its upsetting to say the least $250.00 added on the tab !!!they should have to say shuttle you to amenities & let ppl know they want 45.00 a day !!!

I booked three rooms for one night. Two of the rooms were ready by check-in time of 4:00, and the third room was ready at 4:40. The hallways were not swept. The rooms smelled musty. Bathtub in one room was very dirty. Bathroom sink in another room did not have hot water. Mattresses in all rooms were very soft. One bed had broken springs. There is no on-site pool. There is a complimentary shuttle which transports you to Vivo Beach Club. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Overall, paid way too much for what we received. Glad we only stayed for one night.

Active construction during our stay. Extremely loud drilling and hammering starting at 9AM in the room above us. It was so bad that we had to get up hastily from our sleep to escapee from the head splitting noise and couldn’t return to the room until checkout. Also the pool was at a different location- not on the premises as advertised.
