Property was wonderful! Expedia dropped the ball by not disclosing extra fees. (Resort Fees and taxes) We were surprised by an additional $400 in fees. Not the resort’s fault but in our opinion, Expedia’s. Have used Expedia for years and this has now bitten us twice! Will consider other travel sites or direct booking in the future.

Loved the serene aesthetics of the property and all the water features, especially their Koi fish pond. Our rooms were very clean comfortable bedding. Wish the pools were heated, adding a hot would be nice. Either way we loved our stay and will be back, TY

The pool was awesome. The staff was amazing. Especially liked the main bar bartenders, Ruben and Raymond. They were great guys to talk with, and made our experience a lot more fun! Rooms were always clean and beds were very comfortable. Only bad thing there was the no-seeum bugs that bite like crazy.... we would definitely return!

Everything was great… amazing stay. I’ll definitely do it again. I just wish that the pool was heated.. which I’m surprised that it isn’t, especially for the night swims… I wish that the Hyatt organization customized the beach shore just a little bit by removing the underwater grass at least 20-30ft from the shore… cuz I couldn’t enjoy the beach in the property, forcing me to go to Luquillo Beach which was great..also the restaurants should be closing at 11pm not 10 pm along with some food options available…. Also very important..Dancing.. Spanish dancing should be always avail till 12am. There’s plenty of room..We are in PR

The resort was great, everything was beautiful. It is super expensive and expenses can get out of hand real quick. Don’t recommend putting things on your room. Just use your credit card as their accounting in card hold valuations can cause problems. Also, the pool water is very cold.

My room was available until after check in but moat everything else was okay. The staff were helped me with addresses to enter into Uber when leaving the property. Room service was great and everything I receive from the market was delicious.
