Beautiful property minor construction but overall great experience. Food was amazing, casino was entertaining and the staff was great. The room i had did not have a closet for clothes but they did supply you with a wadrobe stand which did help. Even with that i will come back again, Enjoy your stay

The only reason I did not give a 5 Star rating over all was due to the construction, all the staff was great, only one older gentleman at the outside Restaurant would get a 0 rating due to his personality and attitude, everyone else was great, sorry that forgot the grumpy old man name.

This property provides everything you could want, and more. Even through lobby construction the property was quiet, very clean and well maintained, and every staff member went out of their way to make sure my stay was beyond enjoyable. Friendly, attentive and conscientious, they happily assisted with every request. The beach is immaculate and very relaxing and inviting, as is the entire facility. This will be my go-to place when ever visiting Puerto Rico.

They said the lobby was under construction but would not affect the rest of the hotel common area or rooms. During the last two days of our 5 day stay , the power was turned off for what they said would be from 1 to 2 pm. It’s was off till 6 pm leaving us in the dark to prepare for a 6 :15 dinner at another hotel. Sometimes less expensive doesn’t pay.

Bueno en general , pero en el area del restaurant carecen de personal porque tenia a una sola persona para llevar comidas al cuarto y para atender en piso. Triste pero por lo demas esta bien pero no valen $1mil dolares dos noches jamas.

Very beautiful & clean interior. Beach & pool are well kept. Had to call lobby 3 times for an update on when microwave will be delivered to room after being told 15 minutes (it took almost an hour even w my calls). Drinks at bar & pool are pricey. A lot of construction going on so it’s not too attractive outside. My friend spilled her drink at the bar & it was nearly full & the bartender said she would need to pay for another (it was her first drink).

Room recently remodeled and clean. Hotel is being remodeled and restaurant indoor was not available. Had to have breakfast outdoor in front of beach and it was hot. Staff is friendly. Hotel is just behind airport, so you could hear air traffic.

Fernando was a ray of sunshine! This hotel is literally on the beach! Very well maintained. Showers had good pressure and did not run out of hot water. I had noticed all the restrooms I experienced in San Juan, including airport and hotel room and lobby do have a urine smell
