Despite reserving and paying for a king bed on 8th floor ahead of time, we were denied this room and given a double bed with no recompense. The next day we had to argue with the front desk before the paid for room was provided. Then, that room they gave was occupied to our and the other guests embarrassment. Unacceptable. The room they finally gave was freezing the entire time even with the AC off. Fan blew cold.air non stop the entire stay.

Front Desk Clerk, Melvin lacks customer service skills, making the check-in process a terrible experience. Two back to back reservations (check out/check in but Melvin did not complete the process correctly. Parking pass not activated, having to walk back to the front desk multiple times. I will not recommend friends or peers to stay here going forward.

This hotel was wonderful - location, staff, breakfast, clean room every day. Maribel and Bianca were exceptionally helpful at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were incredible. Would definitely come back.
