The staff was warm and genuinely friendly Blanca R. are when above and beyond beyond making the arrangements to switch rooms for us flawless ensuring a memorable stay. The breakfast was delicious and the casino was ok despite i didnt win anything😒. The staff were all friendly and very professional especially Ian. He was awesome.

The room smell like mold and bleach and when I ask, what can they do about it if they gave me a Febreze spray which helped temporarily but the smell never got better no was my room changed

Yo vivo enamorada de este hotel! El trato, la comida, los empleados, los cuartos y las facilidades siempre están on point.
