Check in was quick and efficient. The young lady was professional and kind throughly explained everything. I'm prepared to take a shower after flying all day around 2230 and there's no hot water. I call the front desk,and maintenance is sent promptly. After about 20-30 minutes they can't fix the hot water and at 2330 I have to repack and move to another room. I paid for a king, but only thing available was a double. I am placed in the hall right in front of thr elevator, where I can hear all the noise and music. I appreciate the staff and all of them trying to everything within their power, but this has been a significant inconvenience. I paid Hilton for a level of accommodations that I did not receive.
