It was a great place, my issue with it was generally the smell of the rooms which smells as if someone had smoked and the inconvenience at night where there was barely any parking due to only having four spots to park.

The description said kitchenette but microwave and small fridge the kitchen dud have pots and pans but not sure why the cleaning lady was great she was nice and if we asked for anything she was happy to help

We needed to make arrangements to enter and panicked when we found it difficult to make connect but eventually was successful after the threat of cancellation. The place was nice and spacious and we parked in front of the home in a quiet neighborhood. I wished that we would have reserved this home at the end of our cruise rather than downtown San Juan where there is very little parking unless you are driving a two-wheeled bicycle.

The property has been vandalized. The main entry has been broken and doesn't lock, removing main entry security. The room doors are difficult to open and close and the check in instructions are unclear. Additionally, there is a light in the main entry that turns on and off all night which leads to sleep disruption if you're a light sleeper.

The biggest problem I had was the cleanliness of the room. I own a cleaning business, so I do throughly check. There was a full soda in the freezer, something on the outside and inside of the class shower door, and the outside of the microwave had food and sticky stuff on it. The bath mat wasn’t clean and using them is gross. Bioclean works great for shower doors.
